::Surprisingly wonderful! I've never had a positive experience at a place that helps me with car trouble before, and I was blown away with the great service at Service King. After a recent accident they helped me get in and out so quickly! They were attentive and were able to get my damage looked at, and into a rental car and out in less than 30 minutes (and this was on a Saturday morning)! The fact that Geico and the rental car place are all located here too make it such a smooth process! I was pleasantly surprised!

::The ONLY Service King & body shop in general I recommend! I had to go to Corporate after having gone to Service King Collision Repair of Nolensville Pike on 424 Hickory View Dr, Nashville. I went to the Service King on Hickory View Dr when someone hit my car & we went through insurance. After TWO times of getting my car back from them still with very visible dents & cracks from the crash, there was NOT going to be a third time going back to that Service King! They even upcharged the insurance company & still could not fix my vehicle after the 2nd time! You seriously can’t make this stuff up! I was appalled at how unprofessional their work was. Well after going to corporate I was obviously hesitant to take it to a different Service King location after the Service King of Nolensville Pike experience. WOW was I impressed & VERY GRATEFUL for Service King Collision Repair of Downtown Nashville on 200 Main St, Nashville! From beginning to end Garrett, Rose, Frank & Mike gave me the star treatment. Probably because they couldn’t believe the previous work & service I received from the Service King Nolensville Pike shop. The body work was flawless! Frank did an outstanding job & left my vehicle looking brand new! Garrett went out of his way to reassure me my car was in great hands! All I can say is please if you go to any body shop or especially any Service King make sure you only go to the Service King Collision Repair of Downtown Nashville on 200 Main St, Nashville. Even if you have to drive a little extra, it’ll be worth it because they are so wonderful! I’m telling you this really happened & you won’t regret taking my advice. That way you get your car taken care of the first & only time! I am so happy thanks to the crew & family at Service King Collision Repair of Downtown Nashville. You can tell Frank was really dedicated & put extra effort in that beautiful body work & paint job! He legit went out of his way! He even put new batteries in my car starter remote! Service King at Nolensville, please take notes so never again does a client have to waste their time coming & going only to be disappointed because you never got it right. But alas, thank you Corporate for sending me to the right people who were professional, kind & very considerate at the Downtown Nashville location! 🤗

::Etta was very responsive in my requests. She was very professional and courteous. Very fast service at the downtown Service King. My car was perfect when I picked it up. My vehicle was fixed in the allotted time frame given to me by my service advisor, Etta. This was my first experience with any thing like this and I was guided through this process with ease and respect to myself and my vehicle.

::Terrible experience. Service King was one of the companies recommended by my insurance provider so I assumed I could trust them for repairs. (Everything was to be covered by insurance - the SK work and my rental.) My car was brought there on 11/13 and I was told it would be ready 11/22. That date came and went and no word from SK. I followed up after Thanksgiving and was told my car would be ready "soon". No more word. Called morning of 12/4 and was told "Yes! Your car will be ready this afternoon! We'll call you when it's ready." Afternoon came and went, no call. Called the morning of 12/5 and was told "it needed more cleaning and buffing, but it will be ready end of day today." Car wasn't ready until 12/6 AM and after getting home, I realized that my key fob to beep lock and automatic remote start were not working / disconnected. Another round of phone calls to get the car scheduled back for fixing. Was told that I would have a courtesy car to use when I brought it back. Show up and no courtesy car, they were going to drive me back across town to go to Hertz to wait and get a rental car. Had to have someone pick me up and thankfully my car was ready same day. Now a month later, come to find out Service King told Hertz and insurance my car was ready DECEMBER 1st and I DIDN'T PICK IT UP UNTIL DECEMBER 6th, so I'm being charged 5 extra rental car days. Now I have to do yet another round of phone calls to Hertz, insurance and SK to get my money back. They lied to me and to the insurance company about when my car was ready to cover their tardiness. This has been such a headache and inconvenience. Don't go there.

::Excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was aware of every step of the repair process. My car was completed quickly and Juan was extremely helpful and communicative. I highly recommend their services.
