::I've been dealing with place for a little over 2 yrs.. thought I had developed at least a good customer / business rapport with them.. not really happy on their after 6 pickup but I'd deal with it.. they're conveniently located in the area I reside in. Today I'm sitting in my car, irritiated, for 2 things! A business who will hire a reps who lie and/or don't understand english and gives subpar customer service.. it's 6:54 and I'm in the process of picking up over 24 dollars worth of dry cleaning.. (side note)*this business also wants to put the burden of charge card fees on the customer if you don't spend over 10 dollars on a debit card*.. but again convenience..so I go in the locale and immediately realize I don't have my wallet but I do have my ticket stub for dry cleaning recovery.. I ask the Asian lady... "ma'am I just realized I left my wallet I live in the area it should take me no more than 10 mins to get back here and pay my bill.. will you wait on me so I can obtain my clothes and address the bill?". The lady agrees to wait for me and even grabs my ticket and assures me she'll wait until I come back.. it's now 7:06pm I back at the locale with wallet in hands yet looking at the lights that are out snd no one is in the store. My clothes? Just sitting on the hangers in the dark on the rack.. it is so vital for a business in the US to actually have reps who understand the ENGLISH language especially when dealing with the general English speaking public.. 2ND it's so important to not abuse the customer/ business relationship.. every transaction that I and other English speaking customers make keep your very business "in business!" I think I will take my business elsewhere where I know I would be appreciated.. I even brought back the piles of hangars that ive collected from other dry cleaning obtained from them. Did I get a "thank you for giving back inventory so we won't have to spend" NOPE.. your cleaners sucks.

::I usually don't write reviews, but felt compelled after two pretty bad experiences with simple requests. First off, I think they handle normal things like dry cleaning and shirt laundering just fine. The first bad experience I had was to take in the waist and inseam on a pair of suit pants. When I picked them up, they let out the pants instead of taking them in! I was swimming in them. It took two more tries before they fixed the problem and the waist and inseam was the appropriate size. The second and most recent bad experience was when I asked them to replace a button (it was cracked) on the LEFT cuff of a button down suit shirt. Instead, they replaced the two cuff buttons on the RIGHT side of the shirt and with two buttons from Brooks Brothers (shirt is NM) that looked terrible in color. So in addition to doing the wrong cuff, they missed the fact that there were manufacturer replacement buttons sewn on a tag on the inside of the shirt and made the problem much worse since there were only two replacement buttons when 3 are now needed. When I brought this issue to their attention, the person at the front was very defensive and kept saying this was a "service" item and like it wasn't their fault. They are in a convenient location for me, but I am not bringing back any time of sewing after these experiences.

::Ruined my wedding skirt!!! When I tried to talk them about it they were rude and made up what we discussed when I dropped it off. I should have turned away after the horrible customer service when I dropped it off.

::This is a family owned business, run by very friendly people. They do consistently excellent work, and their alterations are of very good quality for a fair price. Although I moved much further away from this location, I remain a loyal customer due to the high quality of work/service and dependability.
