  I recently purchased a Groupon for 10 classes at Serenity Yoga & Barre and it was one of the best purchases that I have ever made! They welcomed me with open arms. Being a newbie to yoga, I was very apprehensive, but I have been shown nothing but encouragement and professionalism!

  Looooving the Gentle/Restorative Yoga class!! Such a great, relaxing way to end the week on Sunday evening, devote some much needed time to yourself, and reset your mind and body for the next week. Highly recommended for all- as a busy mom of 2 little girls, it’s a great way to hit the Stop and Reset buttons!

  Hot Yoga 4 You- Locust Valley is awesome! I just started yoga about a year ago. Every instructor that I have encountered has a unique teaching style and it really mixes things up. I have tried almost all of the classes at the studio, and I love them all. I especially love hot yoga fusion with Michael Sheridan and Warm Vinyasa Level II with Lindsey Levin. I highly recommend trying out the studio even as a beginner because there are classes for all experience levels. I always feel challenged, and I have seen a major improvement in my flexibility, and physical and mental strength. As a former gymnast it was natural transition for me!

  Love. Love. Love. I have been practicing yoga for over 7 years and practicing at this studio for a little over a year and it has completely transformed my practiced. I was not used to practicing in over 100 degree heat but once you start, you will love the way you feel. I love the variety of teachers and most of all, the classes. Yoga Fusion, Barre and Core vinyasa are my personal favorites and the best part is that you will never have the same class twice. They constantly switch it up which is great so you won't become accustomed to a mundane routine. They encourage you to step it up or just to listen to you body and do what you can do. Great studio! Cannot speak more highly of Hot Yoga 4 You!

  I've been coming to this studio for about a year now, and it's the BEST! All the instructors are so friendly and helpful. I've had injuries from running and I always feel better after doing a class and stretching properly. They are so knowledgeable and always give great advice. The staff also really take the time to make sure you have the best experience. I always feel great after, it's a great workout. Also, very well managed and the studio is very, very clean. I highly recommend it!
