  I got my hair and makeup done for prom and it wasn't the best. The service was extremely slow and the information given to me over the phone was extremely misleading to when I actually went. I was told it would be 1hr 30min and I was there for over 2 hours, and the price was almost double from what the person told me over the phone, and the price was much too expensive for mediocre work. The hair stylist also was very heavy armed when curling and tugged at the head too much, and only vaguely gave me the hair style what I asked for. The makeup didn't last all night and also wasn't thorough. Overall, it was mediocre at best.

  I love this salon! They are always so welcoming and friendly. I had an amazing haircut by Laura and the blowouts always come out so great!
