  This is the worst sephora location I have been to. The staff is rude and catch an attitude whenever you ask for help or have a question. I have also been asked if I was planning on buying something several times and today I was asked to leave if I wasn’t going to be purchasing anything bc I was taking my time to find something that suited me. I will definitely not be returning after today.

  This is unfortunately the worst Sephora store ever. Anyone who wants to visit a Sephora store for the first time I recommend not coming here , this first impression will leave a foul taste in your mouth. Poorly stocked, testers in the worst possible conditions, not at all liberal with giving samples, and not giving one a chance to use discounts. Highly disappointed .

  They have to remove all of the applicators on concealer and liquid lipstick testers so people can’t steal them. They’re always out of stock on 80% of all products and when I asked when shipments come in the employee said she didn’t know. Came to get matched for a foundation once and the girl went to get a sample container and I sat waiting for 20 minutes to see her ringing up other customers. This is the absolute WORST Sephora inside JCP there is. Sephora needs higher standards on who’s working in there stores and where they’re located.

  The employees are always super helpful and nice!! However products are always out of stock, or damaged but are still placed on shelves. Idk who's responsible for stocking, and product upkeep but it definitely needs work. Otherwise, the employees are really great!

  This was my first time coming to this location and I got great customer service. Elizabeth helped me with my purchases and she really knows what she’s talking about. I can tell she has had experience with a wide variety of products and she even helped me get the best buck for my money. I had plenty of questions yet she was patient and kind. I’d recommend this location.
