This place sucked. I wasn’t all dressed up andcute while shopping so the security guard followed me around very obviously. Then I tried to order something online and it took the employees forever to get it all settled. Crappy place.

I absolutely love visiting Sephora and this is my home store! The staff at this store has been very helpful and this has made my visits pleasant. The few staff members who have helped me personally went above and beyond. I really felt like they cared about me and wanted to help me select product for the concerns or needs I had. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything I did not want to. I would give this store a 5 star rating, however, the store is very compact and is often extremely busy. It makes it hard to navigate and properly look at the product in the store. Other than that, I do like this store quite a bit and tend to visit quite often.

I am not happy with the customer service lately. I had to call many times because my package is late. No one was doing anything, just adding points to my sephora insider account. I talk to 1 person at this location and she was great but 1 of 10 I have spoke to. No one really seemed concerned that my package was over taking 2 weeks to arrive. I never ordering online again.

No one ever asks if anyone needs assistance.. you can pass by the same workers multiple times while they act like they’re doing something and they’re just staring at a product... came to get an eyelash glued and it took a lady to call around on her mic while her and another associate were standing in front of me, then for the other associate to say she can do it... There are plenty of workers in this store floating around. Not sure who’s an artist or not bc they don’t seem to like doing makeup. Thankful to get my eyelash reglued but she had difficult putting it on and kept saying it was my lash.. they have natural curves to them so saying the lash was hard to put on by of the curve is ridiculous.. store isn’t anything great compared to other Sephora’s. Go to the Lynwood mall one...

I love shopping here. They usually have everything in stock and if not they can ship it to you. Staff are very knowledgeable and will gladly offer you samples of amazing products.
