  Who doesn't love Sephora 😍. I know is hard to keep up with all the costumers here and there but the area where they do the makeup should always be neat

  This was the worst experience ever. The costumer service was awful and I had even to call Sephora to increase my points. Don’t waste your time and money here.

  Was looking for a contour stick tonight (I'm really picky/knowledgeable w makeup) so I needed someone to really help me since I've tried a lot Of Products & needed one similar to the one I used to have that got discontinued. A red headed young lady took the time to really help me and wow I love it more than the one I had before (it's the cover FX one). She was so helpful I felt she deserved a comment!

  The other reviews are spot on. I made a 10:30AM appointment so I could get to a party on time at 11:30AM (my birthday party actually). I was ignored for a walk in (she arrived maybe 2 min before me) for 20+ minutes. I'm still waiting to be seen. Thanks Sephora.
