  Great store, the employees not so much.. They seem to be always very busy to help you out.

  Omg, Ulta Beauty is much better than this 86th Sephora. Some of employee are so rude and I don’t think they even know the defenition of customer service. If you guys need any beauty products go to Ulta Beauty which is in next block, they are really friendly and helpful.

  Everyone here is so polite and patient. Adam was very helpful and helped match my foudation! Much better stocked and organized than the 59th street location.

  Avoid the hassle go to a different location. Went there to purchase product on my birthday, staff was rude, only one employee was helpful (Autumn). After asking an employee about the makeovers they provide with a purchase of $50 or more I was instantly told that they had no availability. This was hard to imagine since the majority of the staff was sitting chatting with each other, and it was fairly early in the day. The rather rude employee took attitude and I just went to the checkout rather than deal with such a silly situation.
