::My fiancee has the Fooda lunch app at his office with different rotating vendors each week. As I've looked at mouthwatering pics and read glowing reviews, I had him get me a veggie salad bowl with lettuce, tofu, kimichi, carrots, kale slaw, bean sprouts, cucumber, pickled radish topped off with creamy sriracha. It was delicious and bursting with flavor! It reminded me of a banh mi sandwich, but a salad bowl version. Very filling that put me in a delightful food coma afterwards. If I'm near NOMA, I would stop by the restaurant directly and get a bowl!

::I'm a regular customer at this location. I always come in here and get a bowl and a drink. I've never had any complaints about the food. I love the people that work there they are very friendly and we always have a great time when I come to Seoul spice. But tonight when I went in there. a new lady there immediately gave me bad vibes. As soon as I walk through the door she looked at me like I had five heads. Everyone else in the store spoke to me like they normally would and when I look at her she rolled her eyes. I had mentioned to one of the employees that if someone was to stare you in your face they should at least speak. The girls then proceeded to yell and scream profanities across the restaurant at me saying that I can get the hell out of her store. I then told her I am a paying customer. She then told me to get my s*** and get out. How rude is that. I spend my hard-earned money in this restaurant more than five nights a week because it is so close to my residence. I love the food and atmosphere the scenery the people in this restaurant. Why is it all of a sudden I'm being cursed and yelled at in front of a restaurant full of people. I then went to the bathroom use the bathroom came back out to the restaurant and sat at a table. the manager then proceeded to walk out to me and tell me to get out of her store again. she had already called the police on me and said that they were on the way.I asked her if all of this is necessary. She told me I was disrupting her store yelling and acting crazy. I then looked around and asked who is being crazy everyone in the store looked at the store manager. I'm not really understanding what I did so wrong to have the police called on me to be yelled and cursed at somewhere where I'm coming to spend my money. The police then arrived to Seoul spice to remove me from the store. She then rolled her neck head and eyes like she had done something spectacular...lol It was such an embarrassing experience. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I just don't get why the police were involved number one number two the store manager was so rude and number three I didn't even get to take my food outside. I then left the store and was outside when one of the customers from the store told me that the store manager threatened me and said that if I ever came back in the store she would kick my ass. She also said.she would fight me when she gets off. This is just ridiculous. And im very shocked Seoul spice has people who act like this in their store....im very offended...im a mother of 2 and pregnant. What do i look like fighting someone who cant even speak when you walk into their store to spend your money....im baffled....oh and how am i supposed to bring my kids there to eat if im going to get my ass kicked...smh its a shame i know this cant be legal....👀

::I was spoiled by trying this before any of the other Korean build your own places. Way more options than bibibop and just much more/better flavours. I'm vegan so I've never tried the meats...but there are so many options for everyone. Love love love. Oh and the kimchi is not super spicy but delicious!

::The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible! I work for DoorDash which is a delivery service who works directly with this restaurant. I came into this establishment and asked to use the restroom the very rude and not personable at all associate named Regina said I had to purchase an entree in order to use the restroom, I informed her that I was picking up an order. She proceeded to very rudely with base now in her voice you must purchase an entree to use the restroom. This kind of customer service is very unacceptable. Not only am I here to pick up a meal that was purchased from your restaurant I am a visibly pregnant woman 7 1/2 months to be exact I should be treated the same way whether I am purchasing for myself or someone else. Customer service is everything and it only takes one time for me to never consider a place again. I have previously eaten at this restaurant but I no longer will. Thanks a lot Regina!

::Absolutely love this place. If I could eat here every day, I provably would. My husband and I just returned from living in Korea for a bit and the food here was pretty close to some of the food we liked to eat at the local Lotte Mart in Korea. Although it didn't have a huge spice taste like you often find in traditional food, it was a decent rendition and liked that it wasn't overly spicy. I also wasn't sure the kale salad would be any good in it, but was surprised to find it was pretty tasty.
