  I had a wonderful experience today from beginning to end at MidIsland Hyundai in Centereach. Sunny, my car salesman was awesome... very patient and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure dealing with someone that wasn’t pushy.... he was so nice. Also Miguel in finance was very informative and patient as well. It was a great experience all around! Would highly recommend this dealership and if you go... Ask For Sunny!!

  They have a commercial out on the local radio (I heard it on 103.1) and they describe their available models. They said they have a Hyundai Tuscan available. As you know, they don't make a Tuscan. They do make a Tucson, that would make more sense. Do you really want to buy a car from a dealership that doesn't even know their models? Someone approved that commercial. That's really sad.

  Had a great experience leasing a 2018 Hyundai Tuscan. Our salesman, Vinny, was excellent and was able to answer all our questions. Definitely would recommend!

  Arranged to come down to meet the manager and to see a used car. When I got there, manager went home and car was sold. Found another car there same day. Left a deposit, filled out loan papers. Got there next day to have them say I needed to find a newer car. Even had plates in hand. Spent 3 hrs looking and test driving. Found one. Was told it's a done deal. Was picking it up next day. Called them next day at 4 o'clock to confirm. Was told I couldn't get the car till next month because that's how long it would take to get the title from Albany. Why couldn't they have called me earlier in the day? That's 2 days in a row that happened. I went down to get my deposit back. Couldn't get anyone to even address me being there. Manager wouldn't see me. No explanation, not even an attempt to see if i'd wait a few more days. Lousy customer service. Will never go back or recommend.

  I had an amazing experience, polite and professional salesman and staff. Justin C definitely went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. I told him what I was looking for and what I can afford and they worked everything out to make it happen. Exceeded my expectations. Attentive to detail to make the customer happy and comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership, very military friendly. You tell them what you want and they provide. In and out fast with a phenomenal deal.
