  My Mom has rehabilitated at this facility several times and they have always given her good care. She especially enjoyed their food and the bingo activity.

  My mom has a bed sore that is now infected. She just left that place last week and now she's back in ER today. This place has bad communication. I didn't know that she was coming home until the day before. This place really needs to be closed down

  Please only trust this facility if you don’t care about your family member!!!!! Zero communication on their behalf when I inquired about the lack of care that was taken for my Mother. She was only in their care for 5 days during a respite stay. She suffers from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease: Unable to use the call light or verbally communicate!Which left her completely dependent upon the staff! Shame on me for trusting them!! Whether your love one is lucid or not, this is not an appropriate environment!! Please be advised!!!!

  I would like to edit my earlier review of Stonegate, I am giving it a far better review than before. My husband is still in rehab here, and I have to say many, many improvements overall. I believe he is getting the best care possible. I owe that to his nurses! John has been incredible and I believe his other nurses deserve very much.credit as well. You know first impressions are not always the best! So it is important that I speak up now. My husband has great attention. Very happy with the compassionate care he’s received!

  Better than many others I've seen.
