  I have previously written this review but it seems like it's been deleted and I have no idea how but here is my absolutely abysmal experience: I went to the store for my appointment and was greeted by my consultant who asked me what I was looking for- a long sleeve, lace, mermaid silhouette. Simple enough. She asked my budget and I told her I would like to keep the price around $1500.00 as I had just come from the Macy's bridal boutique and found an abundance of gorgeous dresses under that price. The consultant became visibly disturbed. She takes me to a dress that matched the description of what I requested and she asks me if I liked it. I told her it was beautiful and she said "Well it's $2500.00 and this is why I tell brides to 'keep and open mind' when it comes to budget because they often fall in love with something that blows the budget. So do you want to try it on?" I declined and asked if I was in the wrong store because she made it seem like they may only have dresses in the $2000.00+ range. I advised that I could easily go back to Macys and purchase the dress I fell in love with there and she immediately perked up and told me to walk around the showroom to see if there was anything I liked. She herself pulled three dresses. I found at least 10 that were exactly what I wanted and within or under budget so I did ALL of the work for my own appointment. This was just the beginning and everything continued to go down hill from here... As we start trying dresses on, I advised her that I was nine weeks pregnant so we would likely have to order a dress that was a couple of sizes larger than what I would be measured as that day to accommodate us not knowing what my post-baby body would look like. She went on to ask me if the only reason I was getting married was because I was pregnant, asked me loudly in the showroom why I hadn't been on the pill, told me that she was convinced my fiance tried to "trap" me, and then refused to zip a dress up all the way because she was going to "kill the baby". I couldn't believe I was being spoken to like this and that she thought this was appropriate small talk for my bridal consultation. ALL of the things she said with regard to my marriage and pregnancy were unbelievable but the "kill the baby" remark was soooo incredibly astonishing that I was actually in repulsed at the idea of staying there another minute. As soon as we left, we drove right back to Macys and purchased my dream dress. I will never recommend this place to any bride. My first review was up here for months before it was mysteriously deleted and I never heard anything from management to offer an apology or to let me know that there was any disciplinary action taken against the consultant. Amazing isn't it? They couldn't even reach out to offer an apology for the absolutely abhorrent way that I was treated in their store!

  I will always give them a five star rating, they are very attentive to every customers' need. I love the personality of the staff, professional, kind and caring.

  The customer service here is 5 stars! I love that they let you pick dresses while your consultant picks as well. Love the concept of seeing the picture and price of the dress on each garment as you're browsing. The prices are reasonable (not cheap). Definitely quality dresses. I'm 99.9% sure I'm going to say YES to the dress when I go back! My bridal consultant Patty was also great.

  I had such an amazing experience finding my wedding dress here! Seeing and her team are great professionals. The boutique as a vast amount of selection of dresses and accessories. I am really happy I took the trip to visit Seng Couture!

  They have beautiful dresses at great prices. Everyone there greeted us with warm smiles and treated us like family. I went with my cousin to choose her wedding gown and it was such a fun and relaxing experience. A truly pressure free shopping experience. My cousin found the perfect gown and she couldn’t be happier. Her making the final decision had an added bonus, saying “YES to the dress” is an event with ringing bells and all!!!! We went next door just to “look” at maid of honor dresses and walked out with one. I highly recommend this place and I know my cousin would too!!!!
