  Closed on our house sale here. Entrance is NOT handicapped accessible! Had to force getting my wheelchair from the parking lot into the building. The women's restroom is NOT handicapped accessible! Made it work, but since federal law of 1990s customers should NOT be required to make either the entrance nor the restrooms "work". Erious violation of ADA law!! We will not ever return here. The people were professional and nice. The closing process went smoothly. Unfortunately the inaccessibility of the facilities overshadowed the positive experience.

  They dont know there butts form a hole in the ground. What wast of time. They didnt have an of our paper in order and kept delaying closing

  I am not one to leave reviews; however, the professionalism and work ethic at Sendera Title was top notch. Angela constantly communicated in a very professional manner, went above and beyond to ensure the documents were accurate, and most importantly worked around our schedule understanding my wife is in the medical field and had limited availability. Her approach reminds me what is expected by all businesses; a focus on the customer and providing them a service that is beyond expectations. To many times people just don't care anymore and that was not the case here. She was as excited to help us with our closing and dealing with stress from a lender as we were buying a new home. I would recommend closing with them to any real-estate agent or seller in the area. Angela knows her stuff and she is focused on the customer.
