  Best local pet store ever, they have a great supply and the service is amazing. The also host servives like nail trim and some clases for dogs. My dog loves the people in this location.

  Had a pretty negative experience here. Sales people seemed put off and stand offish about helping us find something. At checkout she asked if we were members, when I replied no she rolled her eyes and continued to check us out without offering to sign us up. Overall, I can buy overpriced toys and supplies for my dog at a number of places in Portland, I don't need to be grimaced at and talked down to while I do it. Just didn't feel welcome.

  Our cat was sick so we called them on the phone looking for advice. They recommended a few things to keep our cat hydrated, they said come on in and they would give us some free items to sample. When I got there they suggested a few other items that might help, I was very impressed. Excellent customer service!
