  Needed a vehicle photo inspection done. This was one of the places that works with my insurance company. I walked into the office and told the woman (who looked like the female version of Mr. Wing from Gremlins) that I needed a photo inspection. She immediately rolled her eyes and looked annoyed as she took out a form. After showing a digital copy of my insurance ID card she asked if I had another one. I said "no, they only give you one card. I just bought the vehicle I haven't had any physical forms mailed to me yet." She mumbled something about the ID card I showed her is not the one she needs, because she needs another one that has some other info on it. At this point it's blatantly obvious she has no interest filling out the paperwork to do the inspection and is reaching to give a BS excuse. She could've just told me "we are really busy right now, we can't do this at the moment". I would've walked out of the door and never thought twice about it. I drove 5 minutes down the road to another garage that works with my insurance company. I showed them the same ID card with no problem and was done in 10 minutes.

  I loved the service, they were very friendly and professional and as a woman I felt I was not taken advantage of.
