  HOOORRRRIIIBBLLE. Daugther needs 3 stiches been here for 3 hpurs while the lady in red sits talking about going to north caroliba with the doctor. So many sick people my child is 3 the urgicare cusnt do the stich so they sent me here. THE PEDIATRICS ER IS HORRIBLE !!!!!

  This pediatrics office gets no stars and there are many reasons why. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILD BE A PATIENT HERE...Apparently they do not take walk-ins refer people to take their children to urgent care. When you call because you need an appointment for your child there is never availability for when you actually need to see a doctor. Please do the right thing and take your child elsewhere. They do not send prescriptions to the pharmacy either. Nurses are friendly and good with the children, most of the doctors are good but this place is a nightmare for when you actually need to see someone. This is the 2nd time that I am going to have to spend 6 hours in an emergency room with my child because they do not want to accommodate patients for whatever reasons. I will be changing my childs pediatrician ASAP. They take wayyyy too many patients and I have never spend less than an hour and a half in this place. P.S. I was forced to give this place 1 star so I could post this comment

  Register and receptionists are nice. Fast service and clean. Doctors are friendly. Nice environment inside.

  Worst hospital in the world. These people are so unorganized.

  Although, I was taken in quickly due to chest and rib pains this hospital is the worst. Triage is extremely careless, nurses move like snails and communication between doctors suck. Its dirty and disorganized. Let alone they prescribed me meds to a pharmacy that wasn't open to receive that day. Convenient being near by but if you have the option go to a different hospital.
