  I went in to get a wash and blow out. I was impressed with how straight they got in such a quick time. But, when I went to wash my hair I could smell a chemical and my hair started coming out in chunks. I have thick curly hair and haven't had a relaxer in 6 years. I didn't ask for anything but a wash and blow out with a trim and a chemical was snuck in. Now my hair is damaged and wont stop coming out. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

  Chabela does a great blowout. Fixed my poor mother in laws horrible bleach job that she had done elsewhere. Fix, cut and blowout was amazing

  Everyone here can actually do hair The staff is so welcoming both when the owner is there and when she is not. My daughter's hair has had a significant improvement since going to this salon. I highly recommend this salon. They offer male, female salon services, weaving, and they even have a nail technician. A true Gem in the Bronx. Chabela is a wonderful proprietor, she definitely knows what she's doing!
