  I have been with these folks for over 10 years now and they have been so great and very professional over the years. Always a clean and safe place. You can't ask for better service! JH

  Disappointed. Within 3 yrs my rent went up $45. I was already looking to move but when a "pipe busted" at one of their "newer buildings" (according their web site) and damaged a lot of units including mine - that just made my decision for me. I received a cold response from mngt: "we are not responsible for your belongings, it's in your signed contract". I understand that but a little customer service/compassion can go a long way! I was offered to move into a smaller unit but if I wanted my original unit back (after repairs completed) then I would have to pay a moving fee! Really?! I also didn't like the fact that almost every time I went to my unit there were cars loitering between the buildings. I left a message with corporate and still have not received any response from them. Guess they don't care either!

  Awesome! Good place to rent from. Great staff with a great personality.
