  I have used other storage facilities in the area but these are the cleanest brightest and easiest to access. Best office staff -- attentive and responsive. Covered loading docks all at parking level plus many dollies (flats or tubs) and ones for mattresses. Best deal around too for the $$. Climate controlled and secure. And free truck for a day when you sign up!

  Sara & Josh are amazing! They have made what could have been a stressful situation a walk in the park. I have stored with many companies over the years but never have I received such excellent customer service. The team at SPS Bethesda truly go above and beyond when it comes to business of storage! I highly recommend.

  Had a great experience with Security Public Storage. Great team from the first phone call until I wrapped up my rental. Would recommend and definitely use again. Excellent!

  Great experience! I just got my things out of my storage unit after renting for about a year, and they were always professional and accommodating. It has lots of perks, including moving supplies and even a nice sized truck, if you need it. The staff members are friendly and eager to help too. I recommend SPS to anyone! A+++++

  Today I transacted the closing of a large storage unit and the opening of a new small one in its place. Josh at Bethesda SPS was very helpful in accomplishing this and ensured I got the most value to my dollar even though the switch to a smaller unit probably meant loss of revenue to them over time. The nice perks he offered me on the unit were generous and made it very affordable to me in the long run. The unit swap on the physical side was just as accommodating, as they found a unit just down the hall, minimizing the impact of the physical transfer itself. -All much appreciated!
