  All I can say is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is quite a traumatic experience when the hard drive that's holding all of my photos of Aunt Verna in her new red hat comes grinding to a halt! If she knew I lost all those pictures, she'd probably come back and haunt me from the grave! Mitchell Moore (my rep) came to my rescue by helping me find a price path I could afford (data recovery is not cheap!). I'm no big corporation and they went out of their way to help me get this resolved. He went on to recommend better data storage solutions and things I should do prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend them if you ever have to go through this. Ask for Mitchell!
