  I have been incorrectly billed for an amount of $560. This took place over 10 months ago now. Every person that I have spoken to is not helpful, refuses to let me speak to a manager, or tell me when I will get reimbursed. I was given a supervisors phone number once to speak to - Roger Faustino - and I have left 5 voicemails for him now with no response. Every time I have called I am told "the request for the refund as been put in" but this was MONTHS ago. I am planning on suing if I do not hear back soon. I would give 0 stars to this review if Google made that an option.

  Terrible customer service. After long wait on the phone the representatives are rude and seem to ignore why the customer is calling. They seem more concerned about reading their script and not listening to the caller. Are we stuck with this kind of service?

  Wednesday this week your 2 men crew repaired a leak in the water supply line after the meter to my property on West McGraw Street in Magnolia. It was a challenging job due to the significant slope and depth of the pipe. However your 2 skilled and sympathetic men managed to renew the pipe within a couple of hours. Great job!

  No stars- they double debited our account and a month later have still not returned the money!!! They would not correct the error the same day it happened and said it would take at least 10 days to reverse "their" mistake!! The rep today said it was take them 8-10 weeks to refund us! What a joke of a company!! It is a month later and the money has not been returned - just not acceptable!! They did transfer me to a supervisor who's voicemail was full and then sent my call on to another system that does "not subscribe" for voicemail! Would love to know what they are doing with my money they stole! I am reporting them to the city! Worst service I have ever experienced! You would think they were working with no computer system and it was 1975

  Bought a house that had the power disconnected from SCL at the pole. Their phone hold times are super long. Their customer service people are sweet enough but they don't seem to understand this process well enough to be able to relay it to the public. It took them 4 weeks to reconnect power (not including the time I spent to get L&I to inspect and approve to energize). It cost me a lot of time/money for my subs to be idle onsite waiting for power/heat to do their work on the remodel. Ended up renting a generator but super inconvenient.
