  Great local credit union. Used to be Seattle metropolitan. Last time I checked they did shared branching with other Washington credit unions.

  Good services over the phone but tellers at the bank have some kind of attitude of a accomplishment and remember what's going to give you the edge above all is great customer service. (No a please nor thank you)

  I was in an impossible and unusal banking situation. This led me to visit the Seattle branch o fthe credit union. I spoke to the on site manager Thomas and presented my dilemma. All he could do was some procedure and hope for the best. Aside from being kind and helpful he was successful in solving my issue. Many thanks -WELL DONE. Su

  Bank on Michigan never have drive thur open I am disabled need drive thur open what the problem!!!

  Their customer service is really great. I just had a nice exchange with their downtown branch about a notary public. They emailed me with the text I needed. This isn't even their area of expertise and they were so helpful about it. Thanks SMCU! (P.S. Really love their banking services too)
