::About the place: If you sign up (Students get discount!), You can bring guests which they have to fill out a simple 3-5min waiver (parents needed if for children) and guests have an all day pass for free (including climbing shoes to rent out for the day). Most people that end up guest passing tend to climb for about 30min - 1hour. Guest passes only work for people that have never climbed at SBP before. There are locker rooms which have bathrooms, showers and saunas on the main floor. There are generic locker areas, extra bathrooms, a kids section, a training section, yoga, Bar/Cafe (if you drink alcohol, you can't climb), as well as a gym; which can all be found downstairs. The routes get changed two times a week (I believe it was 2 times a week) at certain sections. That way you will always have some new routes to climb when you keep coming back! There are sometimes friendly dogs just outside the front door and you can pet and play with them! Staff: The staff go over rules and tips about minding someone climbing so don't go underneath an area where someone can fall on you. They are very friendly and want you to have a fun and safe time inside. The People, Guests, Community: Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Some people will be willing to help you out. You can always watch someone do a route (that's called seeing their "beta" [their version of climbing that specific route] which can help you understand how to do a route you're stuck on), you can ask for tips on your technique or just hang out with people around your skill level. I like to hang out with people above my level to have something to work towards and I can see all their techniques and guidance to get me motivated to properly climb.

::First time bouldering and now I'm hooked. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was awesome. Climbers ranging from beginners like myself to pros all sharing areas of the gym. The facility also includes a workout area and a bar/cafe, perfect for a cold bevvie after a good work out.

::This is a great place to build strength and take your bouldering to new heights. They offer a multitude of classes and workshops that are held in their large lower level. Membership is a little expensive but its understandable with all the different things that are included. Fun place to be even if you aren't climbing.

::Such a great climbing gym! The monthly membership is a good deal and pays for itself if you go more than five times a month. The gym is really big, although it can get very crowded. Problems seem to be changed frequently enough that you have something new to work on even if you go regularly but not fast enough that you can’t make it a project and come back to it another day. Great workout area downstairs and they also offer fitness, yoga and bouldering classes at no extra cost!

::First time here, I got free entry as the guest of a member. The initial registration was pretty quick (just one simple waiver), although I didn't really like the stiff keys of the keyboard. Staff quickly gave a very quick safety briefing and was always smiling - which made me feel very welcome! I also heard from one of the staff that it's the biggest bouldering-only gym in the country, which is super awesome. The walls here are generally quite tall and there are 2 (?) top-out walls which were really fun! After climbing, I purchased a pair of climbing shoes for a friend and got 10% off of it thanks to my member friend once again. The staff was really approachable and helpful when I was looking for the right pair of shoes, too. If I am in Seattle again I will definitely come back here! Highly recommended!
