  Furlan runs and incredible store. René is above and beyond in customer satisfaction. No matter who you deal with at this store you are going to be happy. The prices and quality of their products are exceptional. This is my 7th product and love saving the money. Why shop anywhere else. Good job René!!!!

  Bought a washer and dryer from Sears outlet. Brand new set. Got a washer with no motor in it. Called several times to come pick up their items. I called for 1 week straight without any results but lots of excuses. Finally told employee name MJ that I would leave it on curb with sign please remove. At that point she became rude and curt with me. Guess customer service has fully died at Sears . Don't recommend anyone buy any Sears product. To bad they were once the place to go for good products and service. RIP SEARS.

  Why would you go here? I suppose the lure of low prices and quality merchandise will get you in the door like it did us, but in the end, no bueno. Not only did the machine we wanted have the wrong list price (prices are typically 40% off the list price), but when we showed the manager that the list price was wrong, he refused to correct it. Further, employees can also help you with the details on the machines (we were looking at clothes washers) by telling you things like 'they do different things,' or 'they are different sizes.' Machines at this store typically don't even have the cubic foot details on the tags. We went to Best Buy across the highway to buy a new machine for the same price, a warranty that was half the price of the Sears warranty, and paid $15 for delivery and haul-away, compared to $89 at Sears. Why are they going out of business? Look no further...
