  VERY RUDE STAFF. STAY AWAY. I had a 10 am appointment so I got there a few minutes early. We were told to leave because we could not wait in the waiting area so she locked us out. Her name is Stephanie.That is not how you treat a customer that is about to spend $400-500 on some transition lenses. I'll take my money some where else. That is why Sears is going out of business. I had a bad feeling about that place as soon as I walked in. I'm glad I did not spend my hard earned $ there. STAY AWAY PLEASE

  Lady working the optical has bad attitude. When I walked in she was arguing with a customer trying to force a sale on him. He kept telling her no he couldn't afford a 250 pair of glasses and wouldn't let him leave. He ended up telling her he had to get something from his truck and drove off just to get away from her. When we were next she told us we needed an appointment in order to get some glasses. I didn't need an eye exam I had my prescription I just wanted to fill my prescription. Won't be coming here again.
