  It was like walking into a ghost town. I couldn't find anyone for 10 minutes. Then they wanted to charge me $20 to patch my tire with a 3 hour wait. Nope. I went to discount tires and they patched it for free. Crappy customer service.

  Blew Away My Expectations! I thought I needed new brake pads on my car, I had stopped and picked some up on my way into work. When I went to change them out I discovered that 4 out of the 5 lug studs and lug nuts were gone! I went back to the auto store and purchased the lug studs and lug nuts. I attempted to do the work myself but couldn't get two bolts off the back of the calipers with the tools that I had so I decided to just get it towed over to Sears (since they were the closest). I was surprised to only be quoted $97 over the phone and that they said they would use my lug bolts and lug nuts (usually unheard of). I dropped the vehicle off and was called about an hour and a half later saying my vehicle was done. I went down to pick it up and as I was paying (only $87) they told me that they saw the brake pads in my trunk and went ahead and put those on for me too! I definitely recommend this Sears Auto Center and will be going back for future service.

  Today I had the pleasure of having Ronald help me with my automotive needs. He is very knowledgable and very professional. I highly recommend him, he is a true gentleman.
