  When I lived in Auroa back in 2011, the idiot mechanic decided I did not need the proper amount of engine oil with my oil change. Good thing I decided to pay attn to the unusual sound my engine made, thats when i discovered i was running practically empty!!

  Set up a appointment online, and they just told me they did not receive it and they don't have anything open until next week. Now i see why this sears has one stars. They say walk in welcomes, i drove by since I live by and I see no cars at all..... poor customer service. Glad I didn't let them look at my car. Simple oil change.

  Bad service. They don't let you leave happy. It's so hard for them to smile and they try to change more for anything

  Purchased a set of BF Goodrich All Terrain TA tires there previously, walked in today for a simple nail removal/tire patch, got shouted at by a lady at the counter for not having an appointment. Walked out, won't condone being treated that way. Had repair performed at Discount Tire while waiting. Very disappointed.
