  Got here at 11am. Getting an oil change and inspection. Was told it would be done in 2 hrs, it's about to be 4hrs now. There's a guy that has been waiting before me. My inspection did not pass which it is what it is but I essentially waited 4 hrs for an oil change. I wouldn't be surprised if the lack of consideration to the customer in the Sear's auto center is part of the reasons why Sears stores are closing nation wide. This place should be your last resort!!!!

  My friends and I got a flat on the thruway and drove here on a donut since it was the closest repair place that was open. We asked to see if they could repair the tire since it was a hole from a nail and were told that if they couldn't, they would call and let us know but if they were able to, it wouldn't take more than an hour. We decided to wander the mall and an hour and a half later, there was no call of any kind. We tried calling, but were put on hold for more than 10 minutes. After walking back into Sears, we were informed that the tire couldn't be plugged and they'd need to put a new tire on. After asking why we weren't called about it, the man behind the counter said that he wasn't told by anyone that they weren't able to fix it. We ended up leaving on the donut. The people were nice and courteous initially, but no one even tried to reach out to let us know that the issue couldn't be fixed. In addition to that, there was no apology or accountability from anyone for why we weren't notified. We decided that it would be better to get it fixed elsewhere since we couldn't wait any longer. We also realized once we had gotten back home that they kept the tire and rim instead of putting it back in the car like they should have done. Ridiculous. Will never go back here, even if they are the only place open. I'd rather wait a day and take my business elsewhere.

  I was towed here after my car's power shut off. One of the people working there, Lori, helped me out and helped identify a cheaper fix and was really a ray of sunshine on an awful day. Great staff!
