  Final cost seemed very high especially when no parts were replaced. Repair person said they would reduce a bill in half when signing up for a yearly maintenance contract which added more than $500 to the cost. I declined.

  Service person was quick, respectable, and friendly. I feel that he was too fast and not sure he did all that a yearly check up entails.

  Installation of furnace went okay, however Mrs. Spencer was not informed that an exhaust(?) would be installed or why. The oven is heating better. I have not yet baked anything to know if length of time has improved.. Thank you, Ms.Spencer

  Charlie did a great job. He got the problem fixed quickly. I do think that paying $200.00 to have a little plastic piece replaced was too high. I also, think that Sears should give their technicians boot covers to wear in people's houses. It's a nice gesture to the customer. But, all in all it was a good experience and Sears did a great job.
