  I cancelled my appointment due to an unexpected need for a medical appointment and yet the company reported that they checked the unit! And I informed the company. Twice! And Sears once.

  The policy for scheduling has to be greatly improved. Even though a 2 hr window was scheduled, it kept being postponed every 15" so the wait ended up being 4 hrs. When the technician arrived, i' was told he couldn't find parking. Then he needed his truck to be in the proximity to have access to his computer. Ultimately the appointment had to be rescheduled. On the 2 ND appointment again the 2 hr window became 4 hrs, i' warned the technician to come before 5pm otherwise he would encounter parking issues again. The technician was very polite professional and came with the correct part. The replacement was very quick. My oven is now working perfectly.
