::The sevice technician's name is Jeff. In my opinion Jeff was both professional, knowledgeable, and of the utmost importance to me as a customer fixed my problem. Very few Sears Technician called out on the same problem more than a year ago were able to do just that. He is a dedicated employee technician. You can see that in his work ethic. Sears should be proud to have an employee such as Jeff who takes pride in his work. Very truly yours, Jerry Milsap

::Correction : On 9/26/17 The gentelman assigned to repair our washing machine did not touched machine. He said that he will recommend 2nd opinion because he was not aware. ( machine working very loud since last repair and in the middle of washing cycle stops all lights lightening and then after few minutes is start working). However I am receivingghe messages that someone repaired my washing machine on 10/18/18. It was no possible because 1. It was nit schedule. 2. That day we were working and was no access to our home. Can you explain to me how the Sears can bill me for something what was not done!!!!!!!

::We had three appliances serviced - two fridges and one stove. The stove and fridge were serviced without any problems. The second fridge, the Whirlpool, was not serviced to our satisfaction. The service man was informed that the fridge was not cooling properly. He told us to just keep the settings at the default settings and all would be fine. Within several hours of the service man leaving, our fridge was warm and we needed to call for a SECOND service visit. That SECOND visit will not take place until one week after initial visit. Meanwhile our food is not being refrigerated properly and is in danger of going bad. We were not happy at all with the serviceman's diagnosis of this appliance.

::I fixed the refrigerator myself before the repairman came. However, when I was supposed to have a repair of my hot water heater, Sears scheduled my repair for a MONTH after it broke. Can you imagine living without ANY hot water for a month -- and the water leaking out of your heater for that period of time. We received telephone permission to have the repair completed on our own, which we did. But then only received a small portion of the cost (and for the cost of the hot water heater they refused to pay the tax -- even though it was less than they said we'd be reimbursed for!!) And the repair people from Sears NEVER showed up for their appointment (even though at that point they didn't even though the repair was completed). My repair service contract with Sears for many of my home appliances has since expired -- and I renewed with a different company -- one who does pay for repairs that are performed! For years, I paid Sears for that contract. I should have saved my money. Worst experience ever with the hot water heater and a repair service -- we spent HOURS on the phone trying to talk to people about our hot water heater.

::Repairmen were both pleasant and quick. The machine is now working. My concern is that the cost was high to replace the part. This same rubber tubing on my front loader was replaced a few years ago as well. Why is it not holding up? Next time I will shop around to ensure a better price.
