  A repairman came to look at my washer; couldn't fix it at that time. He ordered parts,which came right away. A week later he came back, fixed it, and left. Great job!

  Sears techs are always polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Promptness is sometimes a problem but not usually their fault as I am sure they are overbooked or some problems are bigger than anticipated.. I do think that they should take the replaced parts away with them as it is difficult for the homeowner to dispose of large items such as drums.

  Technician called prior to arrival close to announced time (had gotten caught-up in Friday afternoon traffic). He was able to diagnose, verbally quote cost of job and repair our dryer within one hour. Very happy with service by Sears. One negative detail - dryer exhaust pipe was not hooked back up when he left but I. Was able to correct this. Will definitely use Sears appliance repair again.

  Repairman was on time, pleasant, kind and funny. He diagnosed the problem with our washer in less than five minutes and fixed it in two more. The plumber we called before calling Sears repair service told us our 35-year-old machine was ready for the scrap heap, but your repairman assured us she still has lots of life left in her and told us they don't make them like her anymore.
