  Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever encountered. Didn't fix my 85 year old grandmas air as promised and refused to come back for 2 days. They left her sitting in over 100 degree temperatures. Horrible people.

  I have w units from Sears and when I call for service when it's 115F I get "mailbox full"! A company this size doesn't have someone answering the phones? They sure like to sell new units and keep calling to extend warrenty, but when you have an issue, no help!
