  What happen to this company, no one works on the 3rd floor, and now there return policy is 30 days, WOW What a shame what happen to this once great company.

  I found a few really good sales of things I need. Craftsman tools were about 50% off! The store was clean, disappointed that their optical department had closed in the Westfield 11758 Mall. But I will go to the Garden City location, they participate with my insurance coverage. Good luck.

  The customer service is horrible! Location: Massapequa NY ,Store# 01404 Waiting for a delivery no one ever called and when I called the store no one ever called back. Went to the store to pick up my products because I was finally able to check online and stated my product was at the store. I was told by someone in the warehouse that no it’s not in. Call tomorrow or someone call. Again nothing I check again and it says it’s at the store. Call the store again I can’t contact anyone at all no one ever picks up the phone. First and last purchase at sears. Horrible!!!

  The direct parts dept had my order ready to go when I finally found it's location on the second floor of the store. I realized too late when I arrived on a Thursday that was the one day of the week that dept was closed. That said I would definitely use the service again as it is very convenient with only one day lead time.
