  I gave two stars instead of one only because the employees are attentive and it's never crowded to shop here. However, avoid their appliances. My wife and I purchased a Kenmore range three months ago and one of the electric igniters is already bad. Getting warranty service is even worse. Whenever I've had to speak to someone on the customer service line, I can barely understand their broken English accent and on top of it all they try to sell me things like house siding. Still waiting for the repair to be completed after two weeks.

  Great deals to compare ! Clothes are good quality, tools and appliances are good qualityI wish they would open the Target Mall entrance again!

  Easily one of the worst Sears left in the company in my opinion, they seem to be preparing to close for good. Exceptionally low inventory in almost all departments, and last time I was there on a Saturday we counted three employees in the entire store. Being attached the the forever struggling Crossroads isn't helping them either, I wouldn't be surprised if they're on the upcoming permanent closure list.

  I love this store! I know the Manager and layaway staff and the sales clerks. I love the Craftsman tools...lawn equipment and Kenmore appliances. ..when shopping i try and help customers here...with personal experiences from Sears...I would love to work here in 2018...

  Incredible service! Got home with mismatched shoes and I had lost my receipt. Didn’t hesitate to sort out my problem and give me a full refund! Definitely recommend this place, they treat their customers right.
