  Yet another sad tale of a once-mighty retail giant biting the dust. While it is easy to blame the Internet or other societal trends for the demise of brick-and-mortar icons like Sears, part of the blame must be attributed to the company itself. As so many other posters have commented, customer service at this store started to nosedive long before the company's financial woes became common knowledge. My own experience in the past few years has been the same--long checkout times, indifferent (or absent) employees, & difficulty in returning or exchanging merchandise. Holding on to fond memories of when shopping at Sears was a treat, & wishing the best for the few remaining stores still clinging to life.

  Man I called to set up an appointment for a new battery for my car. I had no idea the damn park mall auto center was closed for good. I even told frank in the morning I live 3 miles away from park mall and he didn’t even let me know park mall was closed and all calls where re routed to the auto center at tucson mall. I had my car towed there all for nothing. Now I have to pay the tow truck driver the additional mileage to go to a different spot. I know they are closing but man how I wish they would of just informed me first time calling smh
