The associates here don't know their job. A lady that's been there for years couldn't do a simple return. The store manager Kevin was RUDE to me and made excuses for this person. She doesn't know how to redeem your shop your way points and takes forever to check u out. I was 30 minutes late for work any customers in the store. The need to close this location because the people they hire are ignorant and ghetto. They store and bathrooms are always filthy with ugly out of date merchandise. They are like Ridgmar.

Tool department didn't want to honor the Craftsman warranty on a defective socket drive. Would not call a manager. Only when the clerk was sure I was calling the manager, did she exchange the drive. First hassle with a Craftsman exchange I've had. I will avoid this store in the future.

When I went to get a refund in the store from an online purchase, I only received a partial refund, even though Sears is the one who messed up my order. When I tried calling them, no on answered in the Shoe, Men&Women's Apparel, or Customer Service. So won't be shopping online at sears ever again.

Spent almost $1,800 on a brand new washer/dryer set in August 2016... their service has been horrific. I grew up with all my family having appliances from Sears with great service... not anymore..don't buy appliances from them ever. I know I won't. These appliances are less than a year old and the dryer squeals, they've been out twice to "fix" it, the first time the guy threw a dry towel in it to check it, didn't hear it and left. Still isn't fixed. Again, go anywhere else for appliances. Goodwill would have a better service contract, yes I know they don't have one, that's better.
