  I like the company, but when I go to the store it gives me the impression that they are going out of business , is a sad situation because sears is one of the few companies is being around for over 100 years I hope the ceo or the owner of the company wakes up and smell the coffee because this men doesn't know anything about retail he owns sears because he owns 51 per cent of the stocks he makes decisions on a whim and a business like that or any other don't work like that I heard he wants to sale the properties own by sears because he is more into real estate than anything else so he is bringing this co. To the ground, my opinion is he is a jack ass he don't care about the employees the medical insurance sucks big time, he should give the co. To somebodyelse that knows what he or she doing

  Employees are doing the best they can with what corporate is supporting them with. Look for the old timers they know the in's and out's of the complicated system.

  Best customer sales experience for a new Consumer Reports top rated Kenmore washing machine 8/13/17. Transaction was quick, efficient, courteous and helpful with multiple discounts applied, including a five protection plan. The total cost was less than our 3 year old LG. Serendipty!
