  I bought an item online. About an hour later I got an email stating my item is ready for pickup. Upon entering the store I was told the pick up area was all the way in the back of the store outside to the left. They told me I had to go back in the store to pay for the item. The lady at register had no idea how to process my order. She called her manager she didn't know how to process it either. The store manager didn't know the system either. So I asked if the item was in stock? They did. One of them went got it. Sears is worst they used to be test. Craftsman was an awesome brand. Now its awful Chinese junk. No wonder they are going out of business. Good riddens.

  We love their customer service. Very friendly and attentive staff are knowledgeable on what they sell.

  Awesome and easy Connie (?), Sears associate was so very helpful. She assisted me on two questions. She's about 5'4," black hair (tied back), glasses, very sweet and personable. The only reason why I'm describing her is that I forgot to write her name down. Thank you so much. 👌💖

  Been coming to this Sears for 30 yrs. I love the memories. Miss the repair center.😞 its still my #1 Sears. They have good Appliances. T.Vs and everyone knows about the Tools. Thumbs Up. Store. Come on Down.
