  Took me 20 to 25 minutes to attempt to check out when the one sole cashier was tied up trying to process or sign someone up for a credit card after 20 minutes I saw that there were constant issues with trying to process the credit card application I walked off the line and walked a few feet to the home garden and lawn section I was told that they do not ring up clothes. Then decided wanted to speak with the manager but nobody showed up at the human resources area so I decide to go to the register and they paged someone named Rita and five minutes she never showed up... it was a time where I was concerned about Sears closing all them for good and now I understand why the business is failing... poor selection , out of stocks outdated fashions not enough employees on the floor or maning registers, long checkout lines and unavailable managers to intervene troubleshoot or help out. Sears will be gone entirely perhaps with the exception of their Craftsman and Kenmore products I'm sure within the next year at this rate.

  The Fine Jewelry section is the most horrible place to shop in all of sears. The manager never wants work, she will not take out anything to show and will look at you as if she is doing us a service and there is an Indian lady there who will give you a look and say, “oh the offers are only for elite customers and sears customers.” And when you ask her what it means she will say the same thing - she just doesn’t want to work! Then when you tell her that you’ve shopped there umpteen times she will say, “ok, then maybe this will apply for customers like you!” If you ever want to feel bad about choosing a place to shop, give this a try!!!!

  The billing section executives in the store really sucks... They do Not want to help the customers... They do Not want to answer the questions properly.... Surprisingly....I felt the same everytime... They are consistent...

  I like Sears as they provide good sale on clothing. Sometimes you get good quality shirts/t-shirts for less than $5. They also have good collection of electronic items.

  A store where you get everything for your home, widest range of collection for your house, kitchen, laundry, garden. Linen, Large appliances, mattresses and clothes for entire family is the main items on the 3 floors. Prices are on little higher side but you may find good deals also. Be a shopyourway member to make maximum out of your shopping at Sears. Kitchen wares, luggage, curtains etc are also available at this store. You get good ideas from a store like this. Staff is helpful and there is no shortage of staff here.
