  Worse customer service. God forbid that you loose your receipt cause they will defenitly give you a hard time. The staff made me feel like i stole the unopen item i was tryin to exchange. I am sharing my experience with all my friends and family and i will never shop at sears again.

  Cant find nothing on order No guide of the store Try to order something online on the store and couldn't because it said it was on the store Cashier tried but their system sucks

  Worst shoe service EVER!!! I WONT RECOMEND HERE THEY DONT EVEN FOLLOW THE PROCESS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN

  I ordered online and picked up. They had a really nice machine which scanned the barcode that I got in my email. I gave them only 4 stars because the staff was disorganized and it took them a bit to find my order.

  Very very very very bad bad service i will never go here again thanks for your bad service Was shipped on 11/06/17 a washer and dryer I had to pay for the service that sears said they would do and didn't do. I talk to Josh and he hang up on me. Bad bad service.
