  They are getting down to 40% to 60% discount on their final door closing. Went to Washington Square Sears location, no deals at that location. Do not expect service during this closure. I asked a few questions with a I don't know reflex type of response. To simple stuff like: is all the product discounted?

  Hey, SEARS, this one doesn't shut down until APRIL EIGHTH, 2018. Both the Sears.com site and google have the erroneous notion that it has already closed. I know I'm interested in making use of the closeout if possible. I wish it weren't closing at all. I have always found good things at Sears. The Lloyd location will be dearly missed.

  Going into this Sears is like going back to the 1970s, and not in a good way. Hard to find things. Quality of clothing is low, just a step above Walmart. The Levis they sell are thinner than the Levis I bought online.

  WARNING: Do not order for store pickup! I placed an online order for a store pickup. Sears took my money and then forgot about my order. I called to check in about my order, they said they would call me back. They never did. Later I spent 30 minutes talking with two different people and the best they could do was to refund my money and have me re-order. Are you kidding? How about just give me what I paid for months ago instead of forcing me to waste my time because of /your/ screw up? I will never use Sears again.

  I bought a washer and dryer from this location, and the service rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you're in the market for a home appliance, I recommend stopping by and speaking with Ryan Platt. His knowledge extends beyond washers and dryers, and he comes across as an honest, straightforward person. I deducted one star because, as everyone knows, the store is somewhat of an eyesore.
