  Today we visited the lawn and garden department the customer and was treated very poorly. The customer service ducked. No one wanted to help and when the one employee did he had an attitude. Finally my husband was to passed to purchase anything!!

  Clothes not folded neatly on tables. Not busy at all. The bathrooms were super clean though.

  Shopping here is always pretty relaxing, they have lots of options and styles and I generally try to shop here at least once every 3 months to see what's new. The prices are very reasonable, and the selection is pretty extensive for most departments. The biggest item I bought here was a window-A/C unit for $220, and 6 months later it's still working just great!

  The salesman that was helping just took off and left someone else had to come and ring me up. And it's not like it was work either I knew what I wanted they had it all I needed agreed that was a cashier. I used to work for sears 20 years ago nothing like it used to be. No wonder they are sinking.
