  I’ve been going to this store since way before it moved from the Walmart location and every year since they have gotten me more and more upset. I needed a suit for graduation and google told me they closed this location at 930, I get there at 840 and they tell me the hours are wrong it closes at 9. So I rush to look at suits and I don’t know what size shirt and coat I was, after asking everyone on the men’s department for help. no one wanted to help me measure my self or asist me. Mind you I’m willing to spend what ever money I need to get this suit. Long story short, no one helped me look for the suit in my size and I end up buying the wrong size and now I’m home staring at the mess I’m going to wear for graduation in the morning. I’m not giving you 1 star because I believe this won’t happen again and I hope it doesn’t.

  There was no one there to help me. Had to leave after 45 minutes without getting anything done. Terrible experience.

  Great location ...customer service sucks ...store manager mr.juan garcia has terrible ppl skills and lack of professionalism . I would definitely recommend p.c Richards for a better assistance....

  Auto I went to buy tires for my car and after waiting there for a while. The man there ask me what I wanted. I want to buy tires. The only thing he said "I no put" I said why and he said I go home. I was waiting and waiting there to be serviced and he's ready to go home. No wonder they're closing so many stores. I had planned to buy 4 tires for my car. How are you going to stay in Business with such poor customer service. And I was not the only one that left without being helped.
