  Juan Bilbao is a nut case. He carries a weapon and has threatened with brass knuckles. He is a Vietnam vet but has lost his mind . He's moody from day to day, you never know who you'll be speaking to . The cats in the facility are more important than the human beings in need there. Bipolar weirdo. The Gideons would be better of with a new facility director. The mission offers great means, but Its director is crazy. Needs help with his brain.
