  Yaniv and his team are first class from start to finish. Everything was completely seamless, from the first conversation, to the delivery of packing materials, to the move day. I was particularly amazed that Yaniv estimated the number of boxes I'd need almost down to the actual box! And I had a lot of moving parts on moving days from picking things up from storage to having to be out of my old place and into a new one before a certain time and his team worked so hard to make it all happen without one hitch. Everything was done with such care, literally NOTHING got broken, and I always expect something to break...and they even helped me decide best furniture placement. I'd move with these guys again any day, they made what is usually a terrible day really not so bad.

  I relocated from South Africa to NYC on a very hard to coordinate tight schedule in October. It was very demanding and stressful time for me at work but Yaniv and his team at Sea & Air made it so seamless from quotation to the final delivery: I had literally zero stress during my entire move which was a huge relieve and helped me to focus on my work. Everyone/department I dealt with was very professional yet with great sense of personal touch. Total of four quotations I compared, Sea & Air was most precisely and reasonably priced. I'd definitely hire Sea & Air on my next move!!!

  As a lifestyle concierge and personal assistant, I've worked with Yaniv and the crew at Sea and Air on several occasions, from local, domestic to international moves and I've had nothing but the most pleasant experience! They get the job done right, not only making sure everything is handled with care but always willing to answer questions and help with any concerns. Nothing is too difficult for them! From moving my clients' apartment across town to shipping a whole store, including a 2 ton table, overseas. They really take care of their clients, they are honest, trustworthy and professional.   I saw reviews on another website saying this company won't reply to your phone calls or emails after you sign the contract. They stop replying to my email on the second emails we exchanged. I emailed them asking if they provide door to door service to Taipei, Adrian replied the next day saying they do provide that service and asking if I can provide the items that need to be shipped, so he could give me an estimate. I replied with details of the items I have and also let him know that I need storage before shipping. It's been a week, I still don't hear anything from him. I'm glad he stopped reply to my emails happened on such an early stage, so I can look for another company. It will be terrible this happened after all my personal belongings in their hand.
