  While researching the web for a solution to aid in raising my utility body truck back to the normal height I had many choices. SD Truckspring and it's representative David H. did a great job in steering me toward what I would consider a good solution for my situation. We discussed options and finally decided on the Firestone Red Label air bag kit. (maximum weight carrying cap of 7500 lbs. !!!) Although I don't anticipate the need to even come close to this amount of extra weight it's a good feeling knowing my truck will be safe and also others on the road around me. Thank you David and SD for your help in this matter. I will buy from these people in the future. Ted Kunzik

  I started to place my order online and had to leave the site before I could finish my order. Mike S. called me the next day and asked if In still wanted to place my order. Mike S. not only place my order but got me a better deal. Now this is what I call Customer Service. Great Job

  Justin was very helpful in helping me get the correct U-bolts for my application. I received quick and friendly service at a fair price. I'll be using SD Truck Springs for future suspension needs.

  Austin Was great. I had several questions and he answered all of them.. We discussed prices and the best fit for my vehicle.. I am very happy with the level of service that Austin provided me. I wanted the items delivered quickly and he suggested that I call in to process the payment because they go through faster that way.

  Ordering was easy and price was good. Shipping was not same day as listed and customer service was less than sorry (when I was finally able to talk to someone). Order ended up shipping 3 days later (I contacted them and received no response about expediting shipping to ensure order arrived when needed) and arriving later than needed. Did not even receive a shipping notification until the day before the product arrived. I will look elsewhere and be willing to pay more to ensure that I get what I need when I need it. While a good price is nice, shipping when it is supposed to and good customer service are something I will pay more for.
