  Not a lot to see. Nice if you want a place to sit and relax, not worth going out of your way to see.

  One or two of the sculptures were interesting, but I felt like I could have made the rest of them myself, and I'm no artist. It's free and doesn't take long to see,

  I don't love all the sculptures in here, but the green green grass and a number of benches make this gated area a calm oasis in Balboa Park. It's a great place to sit and read. And now, Panama 66 has opened next door if you want a drink or bite to eat. And the best thing about the Sculpture Garden? This is where SDMA hosts their summertime Film in the Garden outdoor movie event.
