::I had a wonderful welcoming experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with care. The woman who took my picture prior to the OR check in letting me use her pen and pink note pad, I thank you :) The Ladies who started my OR experience with keeping me calm and laughing, the Victoria secrets I will never forget. I Thank you. To Rosa who working in the OR making sure I had warm blankets and her name meant pink. :) I thank you! Dr. Tran who eased my concern prior to heading into surgery. I Thank you. To the three OR nurses who helped me get comfortable for real in the OR, I thank you!! For the nurse who sat by my side with me all loopy following in the recovery room. I thank you. I thank the young man who wheeled me to CT, Still an awesome sweatshirt sir! I thank you. I give a shout out to the those who came and cleaned the rooms, dropped off the food. The care and compassion was given each time. I thank you! I give it up to the nurse in CT who injected me with colorful contrast to make sure all went well following the surgery. I thank you. I thank you individuals working in the kitchen with making and taking my food order each day. Awesome food! I sure enjoyed it! I thank you! To all the nurses who came in starting Tuesday-Thursday working 12 hour shifts and being oh so attentive to not only me but each patient they came in contact with. It was noticed…Adi, Glenn, Alfi Marinne, KK, Jamila, Sarah and each you, you know who you are. Your selflessness and care meant more than I can express. I thank you!!!. The women who rooted me on during the walking process to lift my spirits in the nurses station! I thank you! Again, to all the nurses on floor 2: The care you bring to each patient was amazing. This strongly goes out to you.. You all rock!. I thank you from the bottom of my heart!! You allowed me to feel comfort and know I was going to be okay, even at times I thought I wasn’t with my craziness of thoughts. To my Doctor, Dr. Chac words can not express your amazing gift of care to others. I appreciate your attentiveness and understanding of helping me understand. You have a gift and a beautiful soul. I thank you’ There are so many I could go on and on. But finally to Vanessa who wheeled me out with a smile as she helped into the car. I shout loud and on the mend of my recovery journey…it started with each of you! I thank you!! 💕

::My wife gave birth 3 months ago. It was a nice experience. Doctors and nurses were very kind and did an outstanding job. Thank you to the Scripps Hospital staff.

::My dads wallet was stolen that was inside his duffel bag along with his shoes and other belongings. He was in the intensive care unit. Aside from that, he never had the social worker come until I complained about the wallet and told them he would need his ID for medication and other things. I was told that we never requested one which was a lie. Furthermore, the case manager wanted him to leave as soon as possible before he had diálisis done which was already set up for him to receive. Worst experience ever, they seemed like they were just trying to rush him to leave. I was told I would get information on how to do a formal complaint but I never did receive any info.

::If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible service and visiting hours. I had called previously asking what time visiting hours close for visitors and was told at 8pm, walked in and was rudely told at the front desk that they had ended at 7pm. Made me waste my time and gas. Staff should definitely be more knowledgeable on the times that their own hospital runs by.

::So my girlfriend and I are at the ER. And the waiting room has to be the dirtiest waiting room I've ever been. Please don't get me wrong the nurses are extremely helpful and concerned with my girls needs. The security and just as nice. We haven't made it to the bacc yet. So I'll continue this then....
