  Called before, to whoever answers the phone needs to change their attitude. I don't know anything about glasses and I almost felt stupid asking simple questions a normal customer would ask. Lost a sale.

  We do not live in Port Washington but needed new glasses and contact lenses. Dr Weil and his staff could not have been more efficient, professional and kind. They knew that we were not local (the English accent may have helped give the game away :) ) and therefore very little chance of repeat business, but they still went to great lengths to do a good job. - Fast response to e-mail request for appointments - Appointment on time and enjoyable, as far as visits to the optometrists go - Knowledgeable, fun staff who helped in the choosing of new glasses - Then had 2 pairs of glasses and a years worth of contact lenses ready the next afternoon - 36 hours later!!! Delighted

  This place has absolutely the best customer service. My daughter had a pair of designer sunglasses with a broken nose pad. We were being told by several places it couldn't be repaired or it would be crazy expensive. I called Scott Weil and at first he said he couldn't help. Ten minutes later he called me back and said bring them in he might be able to do something. When I went there he was busy and asked if I could leave them for a couple of hours. When I picked them up they were perfect. The best part he wouldn't accept any payment. NO CHARGE. When do you ever get that type of customer service! They have a new regular customer now

  Dr. Weil is fabulous. He's extremely thorough, kind, caring and patient. He gives excellent referrals as well. Dr. Weil is an excellent eye doctor and I strongly recommend him and North Shore Vision.

  Sou portador de daltonismo e a EnChroma (fabricante de óculos que buscam corrigir essa deficiência) indicou a empresa acima como uma de suas distribuidoras no estado de NY. Estive pessoalmente lá mas o senhor que me atendeu não teve a menor consideração para comigo, sequer tinha os óculos para venda e muito menos havia um profissional para fazer o exame de optometria para dar andamento a um pedido à EnChroma. Uma frustração total.
